- Sim Optima AS consists of Bente Kristin Malmo, Ellen Gjerde and Lisbeth Andersen. They offer a controlled training process where the goal is that the customer, either a company or an event organisation, shall experience increased awareness on their own tasks and responsibilities in normal-, crisis- and readiness situations. Through this awareness process will the employers as well as employees reach increased safety in dealing with their tasks, responsibilities or collegues.
